Standard shipping within Germany is handled by DHL GoGREEN.
Based on experience, delivery takes 1 to 3 working days from the date of order.

For returns/exchanges made directly at our location, there are of course no return shipping costs.
Please note that we unfortunately cannot offer free returns. We try to describe our sizes as accurately as possible in our product descriptions and hope that returns won't be necessary in the first place. In the event of a return, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Return shipping costs will be charged. The return shipping costs of €4.90 will be deducted from the refund amount.
