What began as a personal passion is now a brand that not only stands for stylish cycling apparel, but also connects a community of like-minded individuals . People who love adventure, see nature as their second home, and feel free on their bikes.
How did it all begin?
Josh , the founder of Freeline, has always been driven by movement. Whether on a bike, skis, or later surfing – the main thing was being outdoors, the main thing was action!
His father, an icon in the snowboarding world , introduced him to the sport from a young age.
Even before he could really walk, he was already sitting on a bicycle – nature was always his playground.
Having grown up in a biking region, the trails on my doorstep were my second home: Stengerts,
LA Trails, Findberg, Hahnenkamm – these spots shaped my childhood. I was already at the starting line of my first cross-country race at the age of six , and from then on it was clear that biking would be a big part of my life.
would play a role in my life.
Later, I became a team rider for Zweirad Stenger and later for Raceworx here in Aschaffenburg, competing in national and international races. But in 2019, I turned my back on the competitive aspect for the time being. It wasn't the pressure, not the rankings, but the sheer joy of riding that became what truly mattered to me.
